These pillow cases are great for my hair and skin. They look good, hold up well in the washer and dryer, and the price is great. They are cooling. At first touch, these are the coldest pillowcases I own … but only for seconds. Once you actually lay on them, within seconds they adjust to your body temp, the heat feels trapped, my head begins to feel hotter than before I laid down - which has in turn caused me loathe these pillow cases. So it sometimes stays cool but if it’s under a blanket and you have your body on it at all it will get warm but the spots you don’t use will get cool sometimes. I am very disappointed in the material though because it’s like my dry skin scratched the pillow case all over which makes me question it and I don’t think I would buy again.
